* Returns/Exchanges*
We offer a 30-day return policy. Customers need to request a return within 30 days delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange*

Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery but are only applicable to pre-made jewelry or listed items. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 days.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you can easily return jewelry to canada or india.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Cancellations
If you change your mind about an order, please message us within 48 hours of placing the order. For cancellations requested after 48 hours, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total order amount will be charged.

Custom Order
custom and personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are specially made to your specifications and are unique to your request, which makes them non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
